A: You need to provide the company name, product specification, and order quantity.

A: Of course, we are happy to provide samples for you. Samples are available after our discussion on your project.

5. What is your lead time?
A: The sample order will be ready for shipment within 3-5 days. Bulk orders will be ready for shipment in about 3-4weeks, depending on order quantity.

6. Do the products have test reports?
A: Yes. Send me an email if you want some copies.

7. What is the process for placing an order?
A: Quotation-Sampling-Finalization-Contract-Prepayment-Production-Container loading-Final payment-Shipment Arrival-Pickup.

8. What format do you need the artwork sent in?

A: Please kindly provide us with your design specifications in AI, PDF, PNG files, or even hand-drawn sketches. Our skilled design team excels at interpreting various formats to bring your vision to life.

9. What is your term of your delivery?

FOB, ClF, DDP, and EXW terms are all acceptable.
