We process various polyester fabrics, such as microfiber terry, minky, coral fleece, Oxford, velvet etc.

Choose Workmanship Methods
Our factory can accept digital printing, embroidery, patchwork, and tufting processes. If you have some speical idea on the design, please feel free to contact us.
Rich Visual Layering: Creates a 3D, textured effect by layering fabric patches, making patterns more vivid and three-dimensional compared to flat embroidery. Durability & Wear Resistance: The fabric patch reinforces the embroidered area, significantly improving resistance to friction and wear, ideal for frequently used items. Design Flexibility: Allows for bold color blocking and large pattern designs, with clean edges that are less prone to thread tangling or distortion.
This printing method is using for complex and colorful designs, especially for designs with gradient colors or large patterns. Compared with screen printing, the color is more brilliant and the precision is also higher, it is indeed more suitable for the current market demand. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time. Mass production will take 20days to finish. The minimum order quantity starts from 100pieces per design.
Different colors, materials and textures can be spliced together to create rich and diverse visual effects and unique design styles. At present, the most produced is the splicing of PU leather with cotton canvas. The shape of the splicing can be customized freely according to the customer's requirement. This process has a relatively low requirement for minimum order quantity. If the materials is in stock, 100pieces for each design is acceptable. Our production time is about 15-20days.
