This printing method is used for complex and colorful designs, especially for designs with gradient colors or large patterns. Compared with screen printing, the color is more brilliant and the precision is also higher, it is indeed more suitable for the current market demand. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time. Mass production will take 20-25 days to finish. The minimum order quantity for the crib bedding set starts from 200 pieces per design.
If your order quantity is very small, we suggest you use our stock patterns, our stock patterns are generally chosen from the market that sell very well and are liked by most people. The most important thing is that the minimum order quantity for your customized product is very low. We can offer 100 pieces per design for crib bedding sets with stock designs. This is the best choice for start-up enterprises or beginners of opening stores.
This printing method is more suitable for simple designs with fewer colors and repeated patterns. This is a relatively economical printing method, but due to the principle limitation, screen printing may not be able to present accurately. Besides, this process takes a longer time to produce. It normally needs 35-40 days to finish your mass order, because we need more time to engrave the printing mold. The minimum order quantity of each item starts from 500 pieces per design.
