We process various polyester fabrics, such as twill, taffeta, ponge, Oxford, velvet etc.
Also available are 100%Cotton or cotton polyester blend canvas fabric. The backside of the waterproof material is PVC or PU coating

Choose Picnic Mat Printing Methods

Except for stock designs that can be directly chosen, if you don’t like our stock patterns, we can still accept customized designs according to the customer’s requirements. The following are suggestions about the printing method.

Single Side Digital Printing

We can print on-demand towels with complex designs, images, and artwork through digital printing. This digital printing method has no restrictions on color matching of patterns. Compared with traditional printing, the color is more brilliant and the prevision is also high. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time, normally 25-30days is enough. The minimum order quantity of digital printing is very low, 100pieces per design can be acceptable.

Reactive Printing

Reactive printing can present bright and full colors, and the pattern effect is vivid. After washing, the color does not easily fade, it has good washability, and it remains as new after long use. The fabric after printing has a comfortable hand feel and does not become stiff due to printing. The production time is longer than digital printing, normally takes 35-40days for mass production and 15days for sample time. The minimum order quantity of reactive printing is high, which is 1000pieces.

Screen Printing

Screen printing allows for excellent color opacity and vibrancy on fabric. This ensures that your designs on the blanket are bold and eye-catching. Screen printing is a relatively economical printing method, but the color limit of your patterns is no more than 9 colors, and the designs must be as simple as possible. Due to the principal limitation of screen printing, for some very fine patterns and details, such as small text, complex lines, screen printing may not be able to present accurately. We accept a minimum order quantity of 500pieces for customization.
