Choose Picnic Mat Printing Methods
Except for stock designs that can be directly chosen, if you don’t like our stock patterns, we can still accept customized designs according to the customer’s requirements. The following are suggestions about the printing method.
We can print on-demand picnic blanket with complex designs, images, and artwork through digital printing. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time. Mass production of digitally-printed picnic mat will take 15 to 20 days while samples take 7 to 10 business days. The minimum order quantity of each digital-printed picnic blankets starts from 100 pieces per design.
This printing method also uses digital printing techniques, however, it allows us to print each picnic blanket on both sides. With double-sided printing, different or the same pattern/colors can be shown in one picnic mat. The minimum order quantity for these blankets starts from 100 pieces per design. However, this process takes a longer time to produce.
Screen printing offers several advantages when it comes to printing designs on picnic blankets. It allows for excellent color opacity and vibrancy on fabric. This ensures that your designs on the picnic mat are bold and eye-catching. We offer 200 pieces per design, minimum order quantity for screen-printed custom picnic blankets.
